Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs per item. Mixed SKUs in one container are welcome, which helps smaller buyers reach efficient order sizes.
What Incoterms do you support?
FOB, EXW and CIF. We handle export documentation and work with freight forwarders familiar with kitchenware shipments.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with order and 70% balance before shipment. Terms for repeat partners can be discussed.
OEM / ODM
Do you offer OEM and private label services?
Yes. Custom molds, logo printing (pad print, laser, heat transfer), Pantone-matched colors, handle material options, and fully customized retail packaging from 1,000 pcs.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM starts from your drawings or samples with full customization. ODM starts from our catalog or co-developed concepts with logo, color and packaging customization.
Can you develop a completely new product for us?
Yes. Share a sketch or reference sample and our team will handle mold-making, prototyping and mass production.

Which certifications do your products carry?
Our kitchenware meets FDA, LFGB and EU food-contact material standards. Partner factories are audited under BSCI, Sedex, WCA and TÜV.
Are nylon utensils safe for non-stick cookware?
Yes. Nylon is non-scratch and safe for non-stick, ceramic and seasoned cast-iron surfaces. Our nylon compounds are FDA and LFGB certified for direct food contact.
Can we arrange third-party inspection?
Of course. We support AQL inspection standards and welcome SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas or your nominated inspector at our partner factories before shipment.

Do you provide retail-ready packaging?
Yes — hanging cards, color boxes, sleeves and PDQ displays with your branding and multilingual compliance text including barcodes and origin marking.
